These are just 2 of the 5 banners we ordered. They look fantastic, picture doesn’t do them justice. The colors are a little more muted than I hoped but our sponsors loved them! It turned out to be a very windy day but with a little extra support behind them they held up well. We only had one that ended up with a bent pole but considering we had tents with 170 # weights tied to them that were lifted by the wind, I feel like these help up well. The banner themselves are very strong and rugged, no fraying whatsoever!I would also like to point out that their customer service was amazing! we had these designed by a local designer but we were running short on time and she was gone to a wedding. Your customer service team kept in contact via text message and helped me with the solution and rushing it for super quick delivery!

Banner came out beautiful!Pros: Sellers communication was great! My original photo was not clear. They communicated with me quickly and even allowed me to change the photo and submit in a different format than required. Paid for rush shipping and received the day before my event. I’ll definitely be ordering a second banner.Cons: Pole is not sturdy enough. Banner leaned forward when fully extended. It is also very light. I had to tie it with a string to my tent once outside from just a small breeze, but this helped with the lean, so I wasn’t upset with it. It was an every catcher! Finally, it had a bend in it possibly from how it was retracted into the stand.

I am very pleased with the product I received. I needed a banner for a tradeshow event on short notice. I ordered it on a Monday and received it on Friday, and that was during Thanksgiving week! The product is sturdy, well built, and comes with a really nice travel bag. I created the design in Canva and uploaded it. Canva said the image would be blurry because of the size, but I took a chance. The end product is not blurry at all. Really nice, crisp, and clean graphics. It’s a little taller than I thought (should have gotten a tape measure before I ordered) but that’s okay. I’m short so it might be a slight challenge to set up, but I’m sure I’ll be able to find a chair and a helping hand. I’ll definitely be buying more from this business!

I ordered two banners and they are both fabulous. The banner stands are easy to and fast to put together, and the banners retract well. The print quality is amazing. Bright colors are bright and the image is crisp. The dark colors are truly dark. There is no ink bleeding and the image goes right up to the edge of the banner. They are highly professional-looking. I have a friend who manages an office who asked where I had these done and wants some for himself! The banners have been on display a few weeks now and they still look great. First and foremost, the customer service by this company Dot4Dot is exceptional. Shoutout to the person that follow-up all 3 of my orders. Not only the response time was quick but they ensure the photo I provided fit the banner size I ordered. Communication was surprisingly easy and no hassle. I also expressed my urgency for delivery altho they couldn’t guarantee it ended up delivering on the soonest estimate delivery date. 11 out of 10 in this department. Way to good!!The print quality is as expected, our file size is much larger than what Amazon portal allowed, so contacting the seller and providing the right size file through email was the way to go. The stand quality is very good, not flimsy at all. We ordered the 33×81″ size so setting it up required slightly more effort due to the height, but once setup, its sturdy and compact. The metal rod that holds up the banner is collapsible and the bottom stand has a compartment that stores it. It even comes with a carrying bag for easy transport.Highly recommend this. I haven’t order through the other slightly cheap alternative for comparison, but paying a little more on this one was certainly well worth it. Thanks again Dot4dot!!

We recently moved over office across the hall on the same floor. We ordered 2 of these and placed them right outside the elevator and 1 at the end of the hall pointing over patients to the new suite. They look great, were very easy to put together and a minute, and are sturdy. We have had them in use for a couple of months now and they are still holding up nicely. The order process and working with the company was excellent. The delivery company seemed to have missed delivering to a different address. We contacted the company (this vendor) and they offered to overnight another set to us at no extra charge. Fortunately, we were able to locate the original delivery and retrieve them but highly appreciated the customer service. Highly recommended.

First and foremost, the customer service by this company Dot4Dot is exceptional. Shoutout to the person that follow-up all 3 of my orders. Not only the response time was quick but they ensure the photo I provided fit the banner size I ordered. Communication was surprisingly easy and no hassle. I also expressed my urgency for delivery altho they couldn’t guarantee it ended up delivering on the soonest estimate delivery date. 11 out of 10 in this department. Way to good!!The print quality is as expected, our file size is much larger than what Amazon portal allowed, so contacting the seller and providing the right size file through email was the way to go. The stand quality is very good, not flimsy at all. We ordered the 33×81″ size so setting it up required slightly more effort due to the height, but once setup, its sturdy and compact. The metal rod that holds up the banner is collapsible and the bottom stand has a compartment that stores it. It even comes with a carrying bag for easy transport.Highly recommend this. I haven’t order through the other slightly cheap alternative for comparison, but paying a little more on this one was certainly well worth it. Thanks again Dot4dot!!

These are just 2 of the 5 banners we ordered. They look fantastic, picture doesn’t do them justice. The colors are a little more muted than I hoped but our sponsors loved them! It turned out to be a very windy day but with a little extra support behind them they held up well. We only had one that ended up with a bent pole but considering we had tents with 170 # weights tied to them that were lifted by the wind, I feel like these help up well. The banner themselves are very strong and rugged, no fraying whatsoever!I would also like to point out that their customer service was amazing! we had these designed by a local designer but we were running short on time and she was gone to a wedding. Your customer service team kept in contact via text message and helped me with the solution and rushing it for super quick delivery!
